I am a seller, USPS hasn't delivered the item to the seller and its been 2 weeks.
What are my options? I sent the tracking information to ebay after the buyer issued the claim. Does ebay reimburse the buyer or do I. Since I mailed it the same day and USPS is the carrier, who is responsible if the item is not delivered?
