Since the beginning of the year, in accordance with the requirements of national institutional reform, Lishu County has incorporated the original new rural cooperative medical system compensation and reimbursement system, civil assistance and subsidy system and serious illness insurance reimbursement system into a platform based on the original provincial new rural cooperative medical system, integrating the new rural cooperative medical system of the Health Bureau, the medical insurance of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the medical assistance of the Civil Affairs Bureau, and the pharmaceutical price management of the National Development and Reform Commission. Successfully developed a "single clearing" network settlement system for medical poverty alleviation reimbursement subsidies, which solved outstanding problems such as different business departments before transfer, self-use of compensation reimbursement network system, time-consuming and laborious settlement of multiple Windows for rural cooperative medical reimbursement settlement, numerous printing of compensation bills, and failure to settle the next business due to problems in the previous link. "Since the implementation of the poverty alleviation policy, our hospital has received more than 2,000 poverty alleviation patients, and after the implementation of 'one-stop' service, poor patients have truly experienced the convenience and benefits brought by the poverty alleviation policy." Lishu County, a people's hospital medical insurance section director Zheng Shujing said.
Through the "four single in one" and "one-stop" service, the service function of the poverty alleviation reimbursement subsidy "one single clear" network settlement system is enhanced, the accuracy of settlement is ensured, and the reimbursement link is simplified, and the whole process of reimbursement is completed in one window. Since July this year, the system has been gradually installed and normally used in designated medical institutions in Lishu County and township level. In September, the poverty alleviation reimbursement subsidy "One single clear" network settlement system developed by Lishu County was promoted and used throughout the province by the Provincial Medical Security Bureau.
