Tried to send a PM to a member and copy/pasted from an ebay message......got the html message, clicked the retry and still rejected....... is html /copy paste not acceptable for Pm's.....?
this was the message @wastingtime101
lol got this today..........the only thing I question is ......."We’ll net the subscription fee from your available funds"........you know some won't understand the "net".........
but they certainly did a better job on this one........

FYI devon@ebay - no less than 4 posters have reported this same problem over the past few months. There's something funky going on with copy/paste from emails into PMs the last few months. Something on Khoros' end. dhbookds alerted us to this upthread when she was trying to copy text from an eBay email to me.
Several have reported the same problem and I've experienced it myself. I was trying to copy/paste a couple lines of text from an announcement eBay emailed to all sellers and ran into this.
The error that says "invalid HTML" does not strip out the bad HTML when you try to resend the PM like it does for forum posts. You can get around it by using Ctrl + SHIFT + V because that strips out the HTML, but it also means the formatting is gone so all the text gets jumbled together.
The same text can be copy/pasted into a forum post like dhbookds did above and the system will correct any invalid HTML, but for some reason that HTML is not corrected if the same text is pasted in a PM.
