The main complaints include inaccurate exposure, excessive image noise, tone shift, poor image sharpness, and pixels that do not match the claims.
Cui Lijin, secretary-general of the Zhejiang Consumer Rights and Interests Protection Commission, reminded consumers that when buying a mobile phone with a camera function, they should first understand the basic performance indicators such as the image sensor, image processor, and lens of the mobile phone imaging, and do not blindly believe the pixels claimed by businesses, but should carefully compare.
