Mr. Xi Zhimin, director of the Company, applies to resign as a director of the company and a member of the Strategic Committee for personal reasons. After Mr. Xi Zhimin's resignation, he will not guarantee any position in the company, and the resignation report will take effect from the date of submission to the Board of directors.
