ID for cake stand

Hi all,

I would love it if someone could ID the maker and pattern name for this cake stand.

If it an EAPG  design the closest I have come to it is a cake stand made by Elson Glass Co because the stand I saw had the same edging.  Thank you in advance, cheers Margaret
