Speak to an agent

I ended 475 auctions a few months back after my fees were raised and I was losing money. How do I find out what my fees are now it says I’ve been reinstated to a higher seller rating. Is there a way to speak to an agent to communicate with someone Informed about eBay fees

Speak to an agent

@omaha65   You can check your seller dashboard to see if you are at least above standard>

https://sellerstandards.ebay.com/dashboard?region=US      I'd wait until tomorrow to list items though since my dashboard is still saying  "IF we evaluated you today and Next evaluation is May 20th "

Evaluations are always on the 20th but don't count on the changes to be in affect until the dashboard updates.

If your dashboard says above standard then no need to call CS as regular selling fees apply>

Here's how to contact eBay customer service but there are going to tell you the same thing> eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat. 1. CLICK THIS LINK: https://www.ebay.com/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid 2. Request a call back
