1. Strictly abide by national laws and regulations, operate in good faith, consciously maintain the normal order of the pharmaceutical market, and do not violate social morality.

Second, strict self-discipline, and consciously assume social responsibility, transfer positive energy, establish and maintain the image of China's pharmaceutical and health industry. Actively participate in the pharmaceutical industry credit system construction organized by industry associations.

Third, to ensure the quality and safety of pharmaceutical products, in strict accordance with the relevant requirements of the State Food and Drug Administration, production, management and use. No medical and health care products that do not meet the quality and safety standards of the State shall be produced, processed, represented or sold.

4. Fair and reasonable price determination to safeguard the interests of all parties. Fair competition, put an end to monopoly, resolutely oppose and resist malicious price competition.

5. Honor contracts and keep promises. No breach of contract, no infringement, no false publicity, no misleading consumers, no falsification or fraudulent use of various certification marks, no use of expired certification certificates, no sale of any expired drugs or "three no" products.

6. Consciously accept the supervision of the government, industry organizations and the public.
