Northeast Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. intends to conduct public bidding for the following projects, and select qualified legal entities for cooperation. Eligible entities are welcome to actively participate. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Project overview

(A) Project name: 202 branch settlement post expansion and reconstruction project - Phase II installation project

(2) Bidding unit: Northeast Pharmaceutical Group Co., LTD

(3) Construction site: No. 29 East Shenxi Six Road, Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone

(4) Source of funds: enterprise self-financing

(5) Quality standard: qualified

(VI) Planned construction period: June 22, 2024 - August 10, 2024, a total of 50 calendar days, the specific start time is subject to the start of the instruction date.

(7) Bidding scope: 202 plant installation of settling tank, cyclone separator, waste catalyst collector and supporting pipelines, production of steel platform and fan base, roof SBS waterproof construction.

2. Qualifications of bidders

(a) the latest annual inspection of valid business license (independent legal person), established for more than 5 years.

(2) The authorization letter of the legal representative, the copy of the ID card of the legal representative and the authorized person.

(3) Joint ventures are not accepted.

(4) The general contracting of mechanical and electrical engineering construction level 3 and above (including level 3).

(5) Safety production license.

The above information should be stamped with the official seal of the registration unit.

3. Registration requirements

(1) Registration starts and ends from May 16, 2024 to May 22, 2024 (weekdays 8:30-12:00, 13:00-17:30).

(2) Registration method (choose one)

1. On-site registration and submission of qualification documents;

2. Telephone registration, after telephone communication, send qualification certificate materials by mail or email (original scanned copy, and stamped with the official seal of the registration unit).

(3) The applicant can participate in the bid only after the qualification materials submitted by the applicant are reviewed, and the bid security and bidding service fee are paid. The bid security of RMB 5,000 and the bidding service fee of RMB 300 shall be paid. After the bidding is completed, the bid security of the successful bidder may be converted into performance security, and the insufficient part shall be made up. The bid security of the unsuccessful bidder shall be returned without interest in one lump sum within 5 working days after the bid is finalized, and the bidding service fee shall not be refunded or changed.

(4) Place of registration: Dongbei Pharmaceutical Administration Building, No. 29 East Shenxi Sixth Road, Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone.
