In March 2018, Antu County, in accordance with the relevant arrangements of The State Council and the provincial Party Committee, the provincial government, the state party committee and the state government, strengthened the leadership of the county Party committee and the county government, strictly implemented the main responsibilities of the investigation, and cooperated with all relevant departments to comprehensively promote the third territorial survey (hereinafter referred to as the "three adjustments") throughout the county. Form the summary data with December 31, 2019 as the standard time point, and successfully complete the investigation task. In the past three years, the county in accordance with the relevant national technical requirements, strictly follow the "seeking truth from facts, quality first" investigation principle, a comprehensive, true and accurate investigation of the county's land utilization situation, now the county's main land data released as follows:

1. Cultivated land of 63,941.84 hectares (959,100 mu)

Among them, 2,867.07 hectares (4300 mu) of paddy fields, accounting for 4.48%; Irrigated land was 81.53 hectares (0.1,200 mu), accounting for 0.13%; Dry land 60,993.24 hectares (914,900 mu), accounting for 95.39%. Among them, Songjiang town, Liangjiang town, Mingyue town and Yongqing Township have a large cultivated land area, accounting for 70.36% of the county's cultivated land.

16,396.29 hectares (245,900 mu) of cultivated land in the slope below 2 degrees (including 2 degrees), accounting for 25.64% of the county's cultivated land; 17,943.82 hectares (269,200 mu) of cultivated land located at 2-6 degrees slope (including 6 degrees), accounting for 28.06%; 28,121.61 hectares (421,800 mu) of cultivated land located at slopes ranging from 6 to 15 degrees (including 15 degrees), accounting for 43.98%; The cultivated land in the 15-25 degree slope (including 25 degrees) is 1440.42 hectares (21,600 mu), accounting for 2.26%; 39.70 hectares (0.06 million mu) of cultivated land is located on the slope of more than 25 degrees, accounting for 0.06%.

2. Plantation land 1,853.25 hectares (27,800 mu)

Among them, 122.70 hectares (0.1,800 mu) of orchards, accounting for 6.62%; Other garden land 1,730.55 hectares (26,000 mu), accounting for 93.38%. The garden is mainly distributed in Songjiang Town, Wanbao Town and Mingyue Town, accounting for 50.73% of the county's garden land.

3. Forest land 644,930.13 hectares (9,674,000 mu)

Among them, arbor forest land 635,717.26 hectares (9,535,800 mu), accounting for 98.57%; Shrub land was 3,021.93 hectares (45,300 mu), accounting for 0.47%; Other forest land 6,190.94 hectares (92,900 mu), accounting for 0.96%. Forest land is mainly distributed in Erdao Baihe Town, Songjiang town and Mingyue Town, accounting for 58.21% of the county's forest land.

4278.62 hectares (64,200 mu) of grassland

Among them, other grassland 4,278.62 hectares (64,200 mu), accounting for 100%. The grassland is mainly distributed in Erdao Baihe Town, Songjiang town and Mingyue Town, accounting for 77.73% of the county's grassland.

V. 8,841.71 hectares (132,500 mu) of wetlands

Wetland is a new first-level land category in the "three tones", and there are five second-level categories in our county, such as forest swamp, scrub swamp, swamp grassland, inland beach and swamp. Among them, 4234.61 hectares (63,500 mu) of forest swamp, accounting for 47.89%; Shrub swamp 1,147.50 ha (17,100 mu), accounting for 12.98%; Marsh grassland 2,028.17 hectares (30,400 mu), accounting for 22.94%; Inland beach 1,080.11 hectares (16,200 mu), accounting for 12.22%; Marshland is 351.32 hectares (0.53 million mu), accounting for 3.97%. The wetlands are mainly distributed in Xinhe Township, Wanbao Town and Erdao Baihe Town, accounting for 60.62% of the county's wetlands.

6. 8,171.17 hectares (122,700 mu) of land for towns, villages and industrial and mining areas

Among them, the town 3,024.44 hectares (45,400 mu), accounting for 37.01%; The village is 4,310.00 hectares (64,700 mu), accounting for 52.75%; Mining land is 766.11 hectares (11,500 mu), accounting for 9.38%; Scenic spots and special land is 70.62 hectares (0.11 million mu), accounting for 0.86%. Towns and villages and industrial and mining land is mainly distributed in Erdao Baihe Town, Songjiang town and Mingyue Town, accounting for 59.03% of the county's towns and villages and industrial and mining land.

7. 4,606.89 hectares (69,200 mu) of land for transportation

Among them, the railway land is 792.70 hectares (11,900 mu), accounting for 17.21%; Highway land is 2,217.42 hectares (33,300 mu), accounting for 48.13%; Rural roads are 1,590.31 hectares (23,900 mu), accounting for 34.52%. Airport land 6.46 hectares (0.01 mu), accounting for 0.14%. Transportation land is mainly distributed in Songjiang Town, Erdaobaihe Town and Liangjiang Town, accounting for 56.42% of the county's transportation land.

8. 6,092.12 hectares (91,200 mu) of land for water and water conservancy facilities

Among them, the river water surface is 4,415.75 hectares (66,200 mu), accounting for 72.48%; Lake water surface 236.18 hectares (0.35 million mu), accounting for 3.88%; The water surface of the reservoir is 409.78 hectares (0.61 million mu), accounting for 6.73%; The water surface of the pit is 648.83 hectares (0.97 million mu), accounting for 10.65%; Ditch 249.40 hectares (0.37 million mu), accounting for 4.09%; Water construction land is 132.18 hectares (0.200 mu), accounting for 2.17%. The water area and water conservancy facilities are mainly distributed in Erdao Baihe Town, Mingyue Town and Songjiang Town, accounting for 56.63% of the county's water area.

The results of the "three adjustments" in our county comprehensively and objectively reflect the land utilization situation of the whole county. Although the protection of cultivated land in our county has achieved remarkable results, it also reflects the problems existing in the protection of cultivated land, we must stand in the height of ensuring food security, continue to adhere to the strictest protection system of cultivated land, resolutely curb the "non-agricultural" of cultivated land, strictly control the "non-grain", and strictly investigate and punish all kinds of illegal occupation of cultivated land or change the use of cultivated land. At the same time, we should continue to economize and intensive land use, strictly control the use of territorial space, rationally determine the scale of new construction land, improve the efficiency of land development and utilization, continue to promote the development and utilization of existing urban and rural construction land, and improve the policy system for the redevelopment of inefficient urban land that the government guides the market to participate in. We will strengthen standards for land use and evaluation of land use in an economical and intensive manner, and vigorously promote the land-saving model. Our county cultivated land, woodland, grassland and other natural resources are relatively rich, we must adhere to ecological security, according to local conditions, speed up the construction of ecological strong county.

The results of the "three adjustments" are the basic basis for our county to formulate major strategic plans for economic and social development and implement major strategic arrangements of the national and provincial party committees and governments.
