Main equipment: The casting equipment has Germany HWS automatic static pressure molding production line, its sand box size 1350×950×420/380mm, production capacity of 90 boxes /h, the equipment level is leading in China; Mechanical static pressure molding production line 3, suitable for all kinds of specifications and materials of castings synchronous production. 90t/h and 40t /h automatic sand processing lines 2. 3 t/h medium frequency induction melting furnace 4, 15 tons of hot air energy-saving cupola 1, continuous melting capacity is 40 t/h, equipped with 50/20/10 tons of crane 20, suitable for the production of large castings.

There are 25 sets of Taiwan FMH-800 horizontal machining center and VB-825 and other vertical machining centers, 35 sets of high-precision CNC laths, and 30 sets of various ordinary machine tools and coordinate measuring instruments and dynamic and static balancing machines, which can contract high-precision machining and coordinate testing services, and provide external product design services.

Physical and chemical testing equipment has a full set of physical and chemical testing equipment such as direct reading spectrometer, carbon and sulfur analyzer and multi-element analyzer and X-ray detector, with the whole process testing ability from raw material inspection into the factory to the rapid analysis before the furnace until the product is delivered, which is the facility guarantee for the production of high-quality products, and can undertake external physical and chemical testing and casting business guidance projects.
