Last week (February 13-19), the price monitoring results of 14 varieties in the aquatic market showed that:
Three varieties rose: the average price of eel (58 yuan/kg), the average price of scallops (62 yuan/kg), the average price of crucian carp (13.25 yuan/kg), the increase was 5%, 3%, 2%. The eight falling varieties are: Average price of perch (32 yuan/kg), Turbot (49 yuan/kg), bullfrog (11 yuan/kg), green scale (145 yuan/kg), flower beetle (9 yuan/kg), yellow catfish (25.75 yuan/kg), grass carp (12.65 yuan/kg), crab (12.65 yuan/kg) 73 yuan/kg), the sequential decline of 31%, 25%, 23%, 19%, 18%, 10%, 9%, 7%. Among them, the prices of loach, abalone and base shrimp were the same as last week, with the average price of loach (33 yuan/kg), the average price of abalone (540 yuan/kg) and the average price of base shrimp (81 yuan/kg).
Market trend: Last week, the aquatic product market supply is sufficient, the variety is rich and complete, the trading volume is flat compared with the previous week, and the overall price has fallen sharply. Overall prices of freshwater fish, shrimp, crabs, shellfish and specialty aquatic products fell across the board last week due to sufficient supplies. Last week, the trading volume of frozen aquatic products continued to maintain the previous week, and the overall price also fell sharply. Prices of aquatic products are expected to be little changed this week.
