What is a diaphragm valve;
Diaphragm valves usually refer to valves with a flow path opening and closing structure through a flexible diaphragm such as rubber
The basic structure of the valve is shown in the following figure, consisting of a drive part, a diaphragm, and a valve body three units, through the sealing part on the inside of the valve body to support or release the diaphragm for fluid control
1. Basic type of diaphragm valve with weir in flow path. The high sealing performance of the seat is achieved by a gapless fit between the diaphragm and the body weir.
2. Body and diaphragm material variety. Suitable for a variety of fluids
3. Field of application; Chemical, environmental and water treatment, steel, shipbuilding, medicine, food, semiconductor, power generation, etc.
1. Excellent air tightness
2. Zero leakage of valve seat
3. Excellent corrosion resistance and chemical resistance
4. Excellent cleaning
5. Excellent maintenance type
6. Eco-friendly
