1. Before coating, rust removal and anti-rust primer coating on the surface of steel components should meet the design requirements and relevant national regulations, and dust, oil and other debris on the surface of steel components should be thoroughly removed.

2. Fireproof coating should be carried out before interior decoration and under the condition that it is not damaged by subsequent works. During construction, the walls, doors and Windows, mechanical equipment and other components that do not need fire protection should be shielded.

3. Brush the Dongan steel structure interface agent once before spraying, and apply the coating by spraying or smearing after the interface agent is dry. Before coating, mix and stir evenly according to the ratio of powder: emulsion = 1:1 to make it a thick fluid without caking.

4. The thin consistency should be determined according to the coating method, so as to facilitate construction, do not flow and bond firmly. The steel frame mesh should be added to the extra-wide large steel to prevent the paint from leaking or separating.

5. When painting by spraying, use the bump-type spray gun, the air pressure is 0.6 ~ 0.8MPa, and the diameter of the spray gun mouth should be 6 ~ 10mm. The spray gun is perpendicular to the surface of the component to be painted, and 40 ~ 60mm is appropriate.

6. The spray construction is not too thick for the first time, and then the next construction is carried out after drying, so as not to flow until the standard thickness is reached. The coating method of fireproof coating by smearing is basically the same as that of smearing cement.

During the construction process and before the coating drying and curing, the ambient temperature should be maintained at 5 ~ 45 ° C, the relative humidity should not be greater than 85%, and the air should be circulated. When there is condensation on the surface of the component, it is not suitable for construction. During construction, the thickness of the coating should be measured at any time according to the fire resistance limit. This product is a water-based fireproof coating, so the coating should be in the indoor or rain shelter during the construction process or after the construction is completed to avoid rain. Powder should not be damp; The prepared paint must be used up within 30 minutes.
