Exhibition procedure

◎ Exhibitors must pay the exhibition fee within five working days after receiving the booth confirmation. The reserved booth without paying the exhibition fee will not be reserved.

◎ After receiving the exhibitor's participation fee, the organizer will prepare the invitation letter, admission certificate and public promotion for the exhibitor before the opening of the exhibition. If the exhibitor withdraws the exhibition halfway, the participation fee paid will not be refunded.
