In recent years, Sany's investment in remanufacturing has also continued to strengthen, with the help of 6S stores in various regions, Sany's remanufacturing production bases in various regions have also been put into use. In 2015, Sany Group's "green remanufacturing" national science and technology support plan project passed acceptance. On March 18 of the same year, the remanufacturing project of whole machine and parts of construction machinery invested by Sany Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. and Xinjiang Zhongtai Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. settled in Kashgar Shenzhen Industrial Park. Subsequently, in October, Changsha Sany Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. officially signed a contract to settle in Liuyang manufacturing industry base. It is reported that the main business scope of the project is the sales, leasing and related after-sales service of Sany construction machinery and accessories; Sales and after-sales service of construction machinery and parts remanufacturing. The project will start in June 2016 and be completed and put into operation in early 2017, with annual sales of 500 million yuan after production.

In May 2016, the project of Sany Excavator remanufacturing base in Desen Industrial Park, Jiangjin District, Chongqing, is progressing smoothly, and has now entered the finishing stage, which is expected to be officially put into use in July. At that time, the former Chongqing Guojie, Guotong, Xianghui three companies will move in as a whole. After the project is completed, it will become the marketing center, after-sales service center, overhaul center, old and new machine leasing center, two mobile phone trade center, and equipment production and remanufacturing center of Sany mining machinery and lifting machinery in Chongqing and southern Sichuan, and will realize the excavator remanufacturing and equipment production of 2000 sets throughout the year, with an annual output value of 1.5 billion yuan.

Industry experts said that China's construction machinery market has reached a considerable scale, then following the "digestion of excess capacity" and "industrial restructuring" after the safety model of China's industry is opening, China needs to form a "circular model" of planning and to accelerate the implementation. Sany said that in the next three to five years, it will increase the sales and after-sales service of construction machinery and parts remanufacturing, and at the same time, it intends to gradually expand the sales and service business of mining equipment and urban construction waste treatment equipment.
