Tricholoma is the fruit body of the fungus Armillaria phylum. So far, it is one of the few wild fungi that have been recognized by people but still cannot be artificially cultivated, and it is a veritable "mountain treasure" and is known as "the fourth treasure in Northeast China". Hazel mushrooms are smooth, tender and refreshing, delicious and nutritious, and are listed as a class of food in some developed countries.
Hazel mushroom is umbrella-shaped, light earth yellow, after the old brown. The middle of the lid has flat or erect small scales, nearly smooth when ripe, and the edge of the lid has radially arranged stripes. Tear the mushroom cap to see the white flesh. The stalk is slender, cylindrical, the base is slightly thick, the stalk is curved, 5 ~ 13 cm high, with longitudinal stripes, and the interior is soft to hollow.
