JJF flotation machine working principle:
When the impeller rotates, eddy currents are generated in the vertical cylinder and the guide tube, which forms negative pressure and draws air from the intake pipe, mixing with the pulp sucked in through the guide tube in the impeller and stator areas. The mixed flow is formed by the impeller in the tangential direction, and then converted into the radial movement by the stator, and evenly distributed in the flotation cell. The mineralized bubbles rise to the foam layer, and the foam products are scraped out unilaterally or bilaterally.
