The impurity particles in the water are filtered by the mesh and stored at the bottom of the cylinder. The water without impurity particles flows out of the toilet nozzle through the filter mesh.
When discharging, open the discharge valve to discharge the impurities and dirt accumulated in the lower part. A valve should be installed between the inlet of the decontaminator and the pipe, and the valve should be closed when discharging, and the discharge valve should be opened to make the water flow from the filter hole to the filter hole, so that the impurities attached to the outside of the mesh pipe can be washed away.
The working pressure of the vertical cleaner is 1.0Mpa.
Two, horizontal decontamination device
The horizontal decontamination device is a straight-through decontamination device, and its working principle is the same as that of the vertical decontamination device. Third, swirl decontaminator
The working principle of the rotary decontamination device is designed by applying the principle of rotary centrifugal separation. The water with a certain flow rate flows into the side interface of the decontaminator, enters the cylinder to form a swirl around the cylinder, the heavy sediment and other impurities move outward to the inner wall of the cylinder under the action of centrifugal force and gravity, spins downward in the sludge bucket under the setting sun, the water flows upward from the filter screen of the central pipe, the diameter of the mesh is 3.5-4 mm.
Opening the lower card during blowdown cannot remove accumulated dirt impurities. The dirt adhering to the filter screen can be removed by opening the observation hole cover.
The working pressure of the cyclone cleaner is 1.0-1.6mpa.
