Xi 'an

Xi 'an District is located in the south-central part of Jilin Province, the northwest of Liaoyuan City, is located in the Changbai Mountain residual vein and Songliao plain transition zone of the east Liao River. Located at 125°2'55 "-125°11'06" E; Between 42°54'55 "and 42°59'31" north latitude. Xi 'an District is one of the two districts under the jurisdiction of Liaoyuan City, which was founded in September 1983 and named Xi 'an District after Xi 'an County established in 1902. The district covers an area of 180 square kilometers, with jurisdiction over 1 town, 6 streets (12 communities), and a total population of 219,188 (2000). By the end of June 2014, the total industrial output value was 7.46 billion yuan. The headquarters of Liaoyuan Mining Group, the 10th largest enterprise in China's coal industry, is located in the jurisdiction
