Sixth, vigorously promote the development of information technology and effectively ensure network information security. Seventh, accelerate the development of advanced defense science, technology and industries, and steadily advance military-civilian integration. Eighth, actively promote deepening reform and opening up to the outside world, and explore and practice the large-department system in the new era.
