The meeting was held in Beijing. Pay more attention to optimizing the enterprise development environment with small and micro enterprises as the focus, pay more attention to promoting the deep integration of the two, military-civilian integration, pay more attention to transforming functions, innovative management, and improving style of work, so as to achieve the sustainable and healthy development of the industrial communications industry.
The meeting determined that next year's key work includes eight aspects: First, focus on improving the quality and efficiency of development, and promote the stable growth of the industrial economy. Second, we will accelerate the transformation of traditional industries and the development of emerging industries, and strive to adjust and optimize the industrial structure. Third, we will vigorously strengthen innovation capacity building and enhance the core competitiveness of industries. Fourth, we will further optimize the policy environment and vigorously support the development of small and micro enterprises. Fifth, accelerate the transformation and development of the communications industry and further improve the regulatory capacity and level. Sixth, vigorously promote the development of information technology and effectively ensure network information security. Seventh, accelerate the development of advanced defense science, technology and industries, and steadily advance military-civilian integration. Eighth, actively promote deepening reform and opening up to the outside world, and explore and practice the large-department system in the new era.
