Work testimonials

broadcast
EDITOR
After many years of broadcasting and hosting work, I gradually realized that this is a seemingly ordinary but actually very challenging job. There are always a lot of ideas about the program and management, innovation and denial, and innovation again and again; The bottom line is we've been trying.
Maybe the Chinese media is still too young, maybe the media can not get rid of many obstacles and fetters, maybe my own thinking about society and media is not deep enough. Anyway, the press is my job. It's my career.
In such a field that requires the most courage and integrity, in such a position that is most easily misunderstood, in an environment that should be quiet but is always surrounded by various desires and impetuosity, I still believe that I and many media people like me (I believe there are such a group of young people) have not lost their insight into the ugliness of the world and their belief in the beauty of the world. One day, we will no longer stalk the lowest Jedi, but will jump from the highest peak.
I think the nature should be kind, the character should be strong; Keen insight and tactful strategy are the minimum three criteria for a media person. No matter how many people have forgotten this, I will not.
To be a person with feelings, to have an ideal career, to be a real media person, maybe this is a very long and difficult process, but I have no choice.
