Production method
The preparation method is to put methanol and sheet NaOH into the reaction bottle, reflux reaction for 30min, then cool and add a certain amount of chloroacetic acid, temperature reaction for 2h, steam off the methanol after reflux, and then azotrope dehydration, after the water is drained, cool to below 10℃, add toluene and SOCl
