In addition to the 4.2 million Norwegians living in their own country, approximately 600,000 Norwegians have moved to the United States. Norwegian went through a long process of change and became synonymous with the same language

Similarly, people of these three languages can also communicate with each other.
Since Danish was the standard written language in Norway from the 16th to the 19th centuries, the development of the Norwegian language in modern times has been influenced by patriotism, the urban-rural divide, and disputes over the history of Norwegian literature.

It is widely spoken in Norway and is the official language of Norway. Norwegian is very similar to Swedish and Danish, and people of these three languages can also communicate with each other.
On account of
Danish
It was the standard written language in Norway from the 16th to the 19th centuries, so that the modern development of Norwegian has been influenced by patriotism, the urban-rural divide, and the controversy over the history of Norwegian literature.
According to Norwegian law and government policy, the current Norwegian language has two written forms, namely "Written Norwegian" (Bokmal) and "New Norwegian" (Nynorsk). The two forms of written Norwegian gently represent conservative and radical written expressions respectively. Bokmal and Nynorsk also have their unofficial versions called Riksmal and Hognorsk, respectively.
There are two different norms for written Norwegian: Written Norwegian and New Norwegian. The forerunner of written Norwegian was called Rixmore, and the forerunner of New Norwegian was called Lansmore. Rixmore refers to a Dan-Norwegian language developed during the Dan-Norwegian Union (1380-1814) under the strong influence of written Danish. When Norway was freed from Danish rule in 1814, citizens demanded that the Rixmore language be Norwegianized.
The famous writer H. Ibsen (1828-1906) also gave strong support to the language reform, so that Rixmore went through three spelling reforms, more and more close to the Norwegian language reform after Rixmore and more reflect the characteristics of the Norwegian national language.
Norwegian linguist of the Lansmore family
I.A. Orson
(1813-1896) Written in the mid-19th century to preserve the traditions of the native Norwegian language, he named it Norwegian
Spoken language
On the basis of the dialect, a grammar and dictionary were compiled, and in 1885 it finally gained official recognition as New Norwegian.
Written Norwegian is interoperable with New Norwegian, and both are educational and official languages. Written Norwegian is actually spoken by about 80% of the population, and New Norwegian is widely spoken among farmers and fishermen.
Government of Norway
Steps have been taken to narrow the differences between written Norwegian and New Norwegian in order to form a common Norwegian language.
The pronunciation of Norwegian is more complex, with
Musical accent
(simple accent and compound accent),
Stressed syllable
Medium vowel length and

The length of the sound constrains each other. The grammar has changed so much that nouns have two cases (common case and

Retrotic sounds only occur in junctions of eastern Norwegian dialects: When/paid/is added to /d/, /l/, /n/, /s/, and /t/, corresponding retrotic sounds are produced.
To this country, actual sound values of phonemes/importers/depend on dialects. This sound is a flash-sound in eastern, central, and northern Norwegian dialects, but in western and southern Norwegian speakers in Norway (and some eastern speakers), it is more commonly used in the form of [χ] or [ʁ], with a more backward pronunciation. In the dialects of northwestern Norway, it appears as an [r], like the trilled r in Spanish.
