The inner cabinet is also called the "small cabinet". Originated in England. A core group of ministers formed by a small number of politically important ministers in the cabinet. It's a kind of cabinet within a cabinet. The British cabinet is usually composed of the prime Minister and his closest ministers, responsible for home affairs, foreign affairs, finance and so on. It is mainly to discuss major policies before the plenary meeting of the Cabinet, and reach consensus so as to present them to the Cabinet meeting. There had already been such a "small cabinet" during the Walpole administration. In 1956, British Prime Minister R.A. Eden, the Chancellor of the Exchequer, the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, and the Secretary of State for the Navy also organized such an "inner cabinet" in response to the Suez Canal incident. Cabinet: is a general term for the various executive powers that make up the central government. The cabinet first appeared in China in the 14th century, while the British cabinet appeared in the 18th century. In the 14th century, China was in the period of Zhu Di of the Ming Dynasty, and the initial cabinet was composed of the emperor and the civil officials of the regular five grades. During this period, the cabinet was only the advisory body of the emperor, and the emperor acted as the role of the cabinet's capital. This was the original cabinet.
