Voltage loss

Electrical terminology
This article is reviewed by the national Power Grid Operation and control Standardization Technical Committee.
The difference between the RMS of voltage on the system side and the RMS of voltage on the load side when the dynamic voltage restorer is in electronic bypass state and the current is rated current. Generally expressed as a percentage of the nominal voltage of the system. [2]

Voltage loss: refers to the numerical difference between the voltage at both ends of the impedance element in the circuit. In engineering calculation, the voltage loss is approximately the longitudinal component of the voltage drop. [1]
