". (1) Transfer the responsibilities of the Fire and Rescue Bureau and Forest Fire and Rescue Bureau of the Ministry of Emergency Management, and the responsibilities related to education and training of the national comprehensive fire and rescue team undertaken by the Education and Training Department to the National Fire and Rescue Bureau. (2) The Ministry of Emergency Management shall manage the National Fire and Rescue Bureau, and increase the responsibilities of formulating the firefighters' withdrawal and placement plan, organizing the implementation, and guiding the local authorities to establish and improve the emergency joint command platform. (3) The Ministry of Emergency Management shall, in accordance with the principle of the lower management level, continue to perform the relevant work of the national comprehensive fire rescue team, such as job appointment and removal, deployment, commendation, reward, punishment and martyr evaluation. (4) Other responsibilities of the Department of Emergency Management remain unchanged.
