Trial always feels far away from us, and we are all quiet citizens who can't get involved in this, so we rarely go to court. The trial was like a
Space station
The most wonderful process of the entire trial is in front of everyone, and I will take you anytime, anywhere
In court
Take a stroll. Complicated lawsuits I asked experts to talk to us, civil small lawsuits we will evaluate together,
Public interest litigation
We raised our arms and shouted together.
There is a lot of content in the program that we need to go to the local interview to understand the context. This process has met with a lot of help and a lot of difficulties and obstacles. I remember after an interview, the parties said to me: "Maybe you are working for survival, but you are a powerful promoter of the social legal process, when you are tired, we can do is to wipe your sweat and say thank you!" So far, this sentence has become the biggest motivation in my work, and it will also be the moving of my life.
Learn "Law" from "Trial Scene"
Reporter: Why did you choose to host a legal program in the first place?
Zich: A lot of times you can't choose the job, the job chooses you. In 2003, I started
Beijing Broadcasting University
Come after graduation
China Central Television
That was done
Western channel
The anchor of "Western News" also did interview shows such as "Western Feelings" during the period, but this has nothing to do with the legal type of programs. December 28, 2004
Legal channel
Grand start, "Trial scene" as a prime time broadcast weekly program debut. On CCTV, this kind of
Court trial
This is the first time that the main line of the show has been shown. It's a new challenge for me. Law and court hearings are sometimes boring, I hope my appearance can adjust the atmosphere of the program.
Reporter: How do you think broadcasting news is different from doing a legal column?
Ziggy: It's easier for a host to just broadcast the news, because the reporter in front has prepared the relevant text for you. On the other hand, a special legal program requires a large amount of preliminary preparation, as well as deep insight, and the analysis of the problem should be in place.
Reporter: Have you ever been touched by a client?
Chizki: A lot. In a court hearing, a father, a tough northwest man for his daughter, even knelt down in court, when my tears welled up. Doing this program, I experienced too much human warmth and cold, and also felt the confrontation between love and law, which made people difficult to calm down.
I am the voice of the audience
Reporter: How do you deal with the relationship between the host, the experts and the audience?
Ziggy: Actually, when I host a show, I usually stand in
General audience
From the point of view of the problem, with the mentality and ideas of the ordinary audience to throw out the problem, let the on-site guests to answer. I am equivalent to the spokesperson of the audience, to speak out the doubts and problems of the audience, after the answer of the expert, so that everyone can know how to deal with similar problems in the future life. Chinese people have a very traditional idea that it is not a good thing to go to court, many people have never been to court in their lives. In fact
Europe and America
A lot of people have
Civil lawsuit
They think going to court is not a bad thing, they can protect their rights. Our program gives you a window through which you can understand the whole process of the trial.
Reporter: How are the cases reported in the program selected?
Kiki: We have a special one
Topic selection planning
Each episode of the program is selected from a large number of cases. Every time I choose a program to face a variety of cases, I deeply feel that doing a program for a year, my experience is better than not doing a program for ten years, and the parties I meet are also all kinds of: lawyers who talk freely in the face of the camera lens, and parties who are quite worried and reluctant to be interviewed, and people can't help but be moved
Victim
.
Reporter: How do you think you've changed since being the host of a legal show?
Zich: After doing this show, I feel that it helped me a lot and I am more rational, calm and mature compared to my peers.
I am more lively in my life
Reporter: What are you like in your normal life?
Ziggy: Maybe it's the reason why the show I host can't laugh. I use the restrained laughter in my work.
all-in
I made up for it in my life. I'm a very playful person. And in life, I love to dress up themselves, our program on the host of the dress requirements are very strict, so in peacetime to dress themselves up, ha ha.
Mistaken for a boy as a child

A dance outfit with a very short boy's haircut. No wonder she didn't recognize me, this is the first time in my life "chasing" a girl experience, haha.
