Method 1:
First open the video file you want to extract the audio from in "PotPlayer".
Then click "right", select "Sound" from the options that pop up, click "Audio track", and click "Sound Recording".

Once the Settings are complete, click "Start" and start playing the video at the same time.
When you finish recording, click "Stop".

After the recording is completed, we can right-click the page and select the option [Sound] - [Audio track] - [Open Audio recording archive folder] to view the recorded audio file.
Method 2:
After opening the video file, you can pause or close the movie so that you can record it later. Then right-click on the main window → "Audio" → "Audio Recording" → "Audio Recording", or use "Shift+G" to open it
Then in the "Voice Recording" window, set the location of the sound file and what format to save the sound file, usually my habit is to save as MP3, and finally suggest to check "Automatic recording when playback starts", if checked, it means that the film will be recorded when playing.
