1. Athletes who do not participate in the overseas mission assigned by the State or the training mission for the 2012 London Olympic Games may be disqualified from participating in the 12th National Games by the General Administration of Sport of the State according to the actual situation.
2. The State General Administration of Sport will strictly review the registration of athletes and other eligibility. Those who are found to have violated the rules, in addition to the cancellation of the athlete's participation in the 12th National Games and competition results (2 or more people cancel the team's results), will also be in accordance with the 12th National Games delegation competition rules and anti-doping responsibility letter and the relevant regulations of the State General Administration of Sport athletes and relevant units to be punished. After the final registration of the National Games, if any athlete is found to have violated the registration and other eligibility regulations before the start of each event, in addition to disqualifying the athlete, the competition plan will be re-determined and the competition will be conducted in accordance with the competition regulations of the 12th National Games, the latest competition rules and other relevant regulations of the event; If after the start of each event, but before the end of all competitions, it is found that an athlete has violated the registration and other eligibility regulations, in addition to the disqualification of the athlete and the results of the competition, the results of other athletes who have participated in the competition and the competition arrangement will remain unchanged; If an athlete is found to have violated the registration and other eligibility regulations after the completion of all events, in addition to the disqualification of the athlete and the results of the competition, the other athletes will be replaced in turn.

Doping and gender testing

3.
