China Radio International launched mobile radio and television
China Radio International is China's national radio station broadcast to the world, its purpose is to promote the understanding and friendship between the Chinese people and the people of the world. China Radio International has 30 foreign correspondent stations in major countries and regions, launched and built six general correspondent stations abroad, and has bureaus in provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions and Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions. It has more than 1,000 staff members speaking 61 languages, more than 700 editors, journalists, engineers and technicians, and more than 200 foreign staff.
China Radio International receives a large number of letters from nearly 200 countries and regions every year, and is called "the fastest, most convenient and most effective way to understand China" by overseas listeners. With the increasing influence of China's foreign broadcasting in the world, the number of listener letters is rising year by year. The number of letters reached a record high of over one million in 2002. There are more than 2,000 listener clubs or other forms of listener organizations that listen to the World Service.
The "International Online" website hosted by China Radio International has been listed as a key national news website. "International Online" sends all the International Radio programs in 43 languages to the Internet, and listeners can listen to the programs broadcast in 43 languages for a week on the Internet, realizing online listening and on-demand listening [2] .
China Radio International has launched five sets of foreign publicity programs for domestic broadcasting, respectively.
