What if the trademark has already been registered by someone else?

(1) If there is evidence that the other party is illegally preregistered, the trademark under application can be objected during the announcement period; Where a trademark has been approved for registration, it may file a request for revocation of improper registration.
(2) If this is not the case, the applicant may investigate the use of the trademark within three years, and if the trademark has not been used within three years, it may attempt to revoke the trademark on the grounds of three years of non-use.
(3) Transfer the trademark through negotiation with the trademark owner.
