Remarks 1. Brief description:

After the approval and registration of a trademark, where the name, address or other registered matters of the trademark are changed, the trademark registrant shall apply to the Trademark Office for the corresponding alteration procedures. Where the exclusive right to use a trademark is transferred as a result of a merger, merger or restructuring of an enterprise, it shall not be included in the change and shall go through the transfer procedures. Where the transfer of the trademark is decided by the court according to law, the transfer formalities shall also be completed.

Ii. Precautions:

2. If the name or address of the trademark registrant is changed, the trademark registrant shall change all its registered trademarks at the same time.

3, application for change of the name of the registrant, should also submit a change certificate issued by the registration authority.

4, apply for change of address, do not need to attach the change certificate, except for the natural person cross-nationality change of address.
