Proposals of the two sessions

On March 7, 2011, Fang Ming said that all kinds of radio, television and movies are filled with too many advertisements, and there are too few public welfare advertisements and too many commercial advertisements. Vulgar ads fill the screen, Fang said, "such as those involving sex, women's underwear, drugs and so on."
Fang says the ads tend to promote vulgar content, and the images are mostly drawn to the audience by the appearance of female figures. Public service announcements that ban smoking and promote civility are rare.
Fang Ming, for example, said that in foreign countries there are no advertising pure news TV stations, such as Japan's NHK, purely do news, no advertising. "I recently heard that Chongqing Satellite TV has also announced that it will not carry advertisements, and is committed to building China's first public service TV channel." Fang Ming said that since Chongqing Satellite TV has opened the first, is not the central set can also consider this issue, can not broadcast advertising, to do a pure news channel. He also suggested that local TV stations across the country should demonstrate whether they can do without advertising in their first programs.
As for the reason for this proposal, Fang Ming explained that only by not advertising, it can have credibility and prevent the media from being led by the nose by commercial interests, "otherwise the news can not be fair."
Fang Ming revealed that a member of the National People's Congress and the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee Li Changchun Yesterday, I participated in the deliberation of the Tianjin delegation. "After hearing my suggestion, he spoke to the audience on the spot State Administration of Radio, Film and Television The person in charge said that the representative's opinion is whether to consider the introduction of relevant management regulations for advertising." Fang Ming said. [1]
