Mauritius Public Comprehensive University
The University of Mauritius, established in 1965, is the oldest university in Mauritius, and also the largest university in terms of enrollment and courses offered.
With the development of the University from the original three faculties: namely agriculture, Management and Industrial Technology. It has expanded into five faculties: Agriculture, Engineering, Law and Management, Science, Social Sciences, and Humanities. The school also has a center for medical research and research, a center for Distance Education, a Center for Information Technology and Systems, and a counseling center.
