The measurement work of the whole company shall be carried out according to the company, workshop (department) and centralized management. In order to improve the measurement and testing system management system, the enterprise should start from improving the work of measurement points, organize internal auditors to carry out internal audits of various departments, feedback nonconforming items to relevant departments, request rectification within a time limit, and designate internal auditors to track and verify the rectification; Through the inspection and supervision, research, guidance service process, to each department measurement work put forward guidance, and provide technical support.
