East to West third Ring Road South, Zao Jia Street and Xincun Street, Lize Management Committee adjacent, south to Fengtai Road, Dan Road and Xincun Street adjacent, west to West Fourth Ring Road and Wulidian Street, Dan Street adjacent, north to Fengtai Road and Liliqiao street adjacent.

During the Ming Dynasty, Fengtai area belonged to Wanping County, named Fengtai Village. From the third year of Xuantong in Qing Dynasty to November 37 of the Republic of China (1911 to November 1948), it was a special administrative region of Wanping County. In January 1949, the 38th year of the Republic of China, Fengtai Town People's Government was established. 1954, Fengtai Town office. In 1990, Fengtai Street was rebuilt.

During the Ming Dynasty, Fengtai area belonged to Wanping County, named Fengtai Village.
From the third year of Xuantong in Qing Dynasty to November 37 of the Republic of China (1911 to November 1948), Fengtai was Wanping County Special Administrative Region.
In January 1949, the People's Government of Fengtai Town was established in Fengtai area.
In 1954, Fengtai Town was renamed Fengtai Town Office.
In 1990, Fengtai Town office changed Fengtai Street.

Fengtai Garden
Located at the intersection of Fengtai Street, close to the main road of the Fourth Ring Road, convenient transportation, is a third-level, district park. Founded in 1984, it is a park dominated by lakes and mountains, highlighting the characteristics of Huaxiang. The park covers an area of 10 hectares, of which the water surface area is 1 hectare. In March 1984, the Beijing Municipal People's Government approved the proposal of Fengtai District People's Government on the construction of the park, and the garden was completed in May 1986, officially receiving tourists. With continuous construction, the park has been built into the West Gate scenic area, amusement park, lake district, gentle slope lawn, exhibition greenhouse, bamboo forest mountain area, ripples dance arena, fitness square and the newly built Peace Square in 2001.
