The highest authority of the organization is the Congress, which needs to be held at least once every two years, and a member association can send six representatives to the meeting, whose vote depends on the number of disabled people in the association, and a maximum of six votes. Each of the six founding organizations has six votes. The Executive Committee consists of officers (Chairman, two Vice-Chairmen, Secretary General, Treasurer, Medical Officer, Technical Officer, three members), six regional representatives, one athlete representative, and one representative from each of the six founding organizations.
