The list goes through several procedures and takes a relatively long time.
World Heritage Committee
Each year before July 1, in accordance with the strict format and content of the uniform provisions, the country considers itself to be fully mature

The World Heritage Center will transmit the relevant materials to international professional advisory bodies, and the relevant professional advisory bodies will investigate and demonstrate from the end of the year to March and April of the next year, and submit an assessment report to the World Heritage Committee. The World Heritage Committee holds a meeting of its Bureau (7 member states) from the end of June to the beginning of July each year to preliminarily consider matters related to the work of World Heritage, including new (previous year) World Heritage applications, and make recommendations; A special meeting of the Presidium will be held at the end of November and the beginning of December each year to supplement the matters not covered by the first Presidium meeting, and then the relevant events, including the approval of new World Heritage applications, will be submitted to the plenary session of the World Heritage Committee held immediately after the Presidium.
