Located at the junction of Zhejiang and Anhui provinces, it starts from Jinling Village, Linqi Town, Chun 'an, Zhejiang Province, and ends at Chaceng Village, Sanyang Town, Shexian County, Anhui Province. With a total length of 12.013 kilometers, it is the longest tunnel of Hang-Huang high-speed Railway and the longest railway tunnel that has been broken through in the Yangtze River Delta region. The tunnel is classified as a Grade I high-risk tunnel. On December 8, 2016, the Tianmushan Tunnel was officially completed.

Shiniu Mountain Tunnel
Shiniushan Tunnel is the last double-track tunnel of Hanghuang high-speed Railway, located in the territory of Hangzhou, starting from Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou and ending in Fuyang District of Hangzhou, with a total length of 4.1 kilometers, it is the last double-track tunnel of Hanghuang high-speed Railway. The entrance of Shiniushan Tunnel is an uphill cave, which is difficult to construct due to high temperature and high humidity, and belongs to the key project along the Hanghuang high-speed railway. On August 10, 2017, the Shiniushan Tunnel was officially opened, marking the completion of 86 mountain tunnels (a total of 140 kilometers) on the entire line of the Hang-Huang high-speed railway.

Chuanfang Bridge
Chuanfang Bridge is the longest bridge in the whole line of Hanghuang-Huang High-speed railway. It is located in Suoqian Town, Xiaoshan, Hangzhou. The right bridge is 1117.76 meters long, and the left bridge is 2353.3 meters long. It is close to the high-speed railway line, and the distance between the bridge and the existing Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway is only 2.4 meters; The adjacent construction line is long, with 30 piers close to the Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway; The geology is complex and varied. On November 14, 2017, the beam construction of Chuanfang Large Bridge was completed.
