The city landscaping Bureau approved the construction of the country park, with a total investment of more than 60 million yuan, started on September 26, 2008, the construction period is 11 months, and was completed on April 25, 2009, officially receiving visitors.

The park is mainly based on the green space of the original isolated area, with plant landscaping as the theme feature, vegetation transformation and upgrading have been carried out, and corresponding park infrastructure has been added. There are more than 100 varieties of new plants in the park, including about 30,000 long green and deciduous trees, about 40,000 flowers and shrubs, and about 230,000 square meters of ground flowers. A total of 60,000 square meters of paved roads, squares and parking lots, and 3850 square meters of supporting buildings for service and management rooms have been installed
