Dutch national anthem: the oldest national anthem in the world
Widely considered to be the world's oldest national anthem, the song was composed in 1568 from a French military music; The lyrics were written between 1568 and 1572 and consist of 15 verses. The lyrics of "Ode to William" are very distinctive, quite like the Chinese "Zangtou poem", and the first letter of each of the 15 verses is spelled together to make William's full name.
The Wilhelmson was originally only popular in the Netherlands and was not officially adopted as the national anthem until 1932. However, since it takes about 15 minutes to complete the entire song, it is usually only the first and sixth verses, or only the first verse. But the first verse, which includes the lyrics "Respect the King of Spain," has long been controversial.
In an interview with Xinhua News Agency, linguist Mira Alandes of Leiden University in the Netherlands said that the Willem Ode praises William Orange Nassau, who led the Dutch people gradually to independence from Spain. At that time, the Netherlands was still part of Spain, and under the leadership of William, it began to resist the tyranny and gradually moved toward independence. Since Spain recognized the separation of the Netherlands from Spain in 1648, it is reasonable to say that it respects the King of Spain.
In the 2010 World Cup in South Africa, the Netherlands, known as the "uncrowned king", encountered Spain in the title race, and Spain scored the winning goal after 116 minutes. Some fans joked afterwards that it was a match decided before the whistle because the Dutch national anthem before the game included the words: "The King of Spain, I will always respect."
Russian National anthem: three words in 67 years
The Russian national anthem is known for its magnificence and distinctive national style. The lyrics have changed three times in more than 60 years, all by the same person.
In 1940, the Soviet government called for a new national anthem. Ultimately by musicians
Alexandrov
Writer, poet
Mikhalkov
The song "Unbreakable Union" was chosen and replaced the "Internationale" as the national anthem of the Soviet Union in 1944.
After the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, Russia adopted the 19th-century "Father of Russian Music".
Glinka
"Patriot Song" as the national anthem. But it has no lyrics, and the tune itself is not catchy. During the Sydney Olympics, many Russian athletes complained that they had to hum along when the national anthem was played.
In 2000, then-President
Putin
Considering that the Soviet national anthem is more imposing and appealing, it is suggested to restore the original song as the national anthem of Russia. Many Russians agreed, with Russian football players writing to Putin in support of the idea, saying that the original Soviet anthem would give them more motivation to fight for their country.
The lyrics written by Mikhalkov were selected again from 150 pre-selected proposals for the new national anthem.
At midnight on January 1, 2001, when the new century bell rang, Russian television stations simultaneously broadcast the new national anthem "Russia, our sacred motherland" : "A strong will, brilliant glory, is your eternal wealth..." Many tears came to their eyes.
British national anthem: The Olympic Games may play a "long version" of the national anthem
The original author of the English national anthem "God Save the Queen" is unknown, but it is believed that the song was first performed at a banquet in 1740 for those who had captured the port from the Spanish
Edward Vernon
The admiral.
Unlike other national anthems, "God Save the Queen" has no officially recognized version, in fact there has never been a royal decree or law declaring it an official national anthem, and only one or two verses of it are generally sung.
However, if only the first verse of "God Save the Queen" was played, it was only 44 seconds long, which some people thought was too short. For example, not long ago, F1 driver Hamilton felt that he was not easy to stand on the podium, only appearing for more than 40 seconds to come down is not enjoyable.
At the Olympic Games in London, it takes one minute for the flag of the country or region of the athlete who wins a gold medal to be raised, which requires that the national anthem be played for at least one minute. Philip Shepherd, the British composer tasked with preparing national anthems for the Games, suggested that a two-part "God Save the Queen", one minute and 25 seconds long, be played.
Argentina's national anthem: The fans' version of the national anthem is popular at games
The Argentine national anthem "March of the Fatherland" originated from the independence movement that swept South America in the 19th century and was adopted as the national anthem in 1813.
Argentines, full of artistic cells, have since produced several versions of the national anthem. For example, in 1990, Argentine musician Charlie Garcia had the idea to create a rock version of the national anthem and included it in his own music album. The rock version of the anthem has sparked controversy, and Garcia has been accused of "desecrating national symbols" and taken to court. The court eventually ruled that the revised anthem did not violate national dignity, allowing him to put the rock version on an album and release it publicly.
In addition to the rock version, Argentina also has a fan version of the national anthem. This version of the national anthem appeared at the 2006 World Cup in Germany, when fans in some countries changed their national anthem into a cheering song for the national football team, and Argentina fans followed suit with this fan version of the anthem. Since then, at the World Cup, the fan version of the anthem has been popular in stadiums where Argentina is playing.
National Anthem of Kenya: Children's Choice
The national anthem of Kenya, created in 1963, is called "God of Creation" in the national language of Kenya
The Swahili language
It was created and then translated into English. Previously, the British national anthem "God Save the Queen" was played at official ceremonies or events in Kenya, a British colony.
The tune for "God of Creation" was inspired by living in Kenya
Thane
Traditional ballads of the Pokmo tribe of the Delta, usually sung by mothers to comfort their children. The tune of the national anthem is thick and gentle, although it does not have the common jump and vitality of African music, it is gentle in solemn and flexible in strong, revealing the mutual watch and love of the country and the people conveyed by the national anthem, and organically integrating the Kenyan tribal music culture.
Anankwe, who works at the National Archives of Kenya, told Xinhua that the choice of Kenya's national anthem is actually the final choice made by the children. In 1963, the National Anthem Committee of Kenya submitted three alternative anthems to the Cabinet for decision. Kenya's founding President, Jomo Kenyatta, chose the cabinet, a military band playing the national anthem and representatives of Kenyan schoolchildren. All three of the chosen anthems were considered to be excellent, but "God of Creation" was chosen as the national anthem by the President and his cabinet after the Kenyan elementary school students decided that the lyrics and music were the most concise.
French national anthem: compulsory for primary school students

French Revolution
At the same time, 500 Marseille volunteers sang the battle song and marched to Paris, greatly boosting the morale of the revolutionaries.

National Anthem of Kazakhstan: The President is one of the lyricists
Kazakhstan (formerly the Soviet Republic of Kazakhstan) first had its own national anthem in 1944, having used the Soviet anthem until then. Kazakhstan declared its independence in 1991. In 1992, the government asked for the melody and lyrics of the new national anthem, and about 750 proposals were submitted.
After extensive discussion, various sectors of Kazakh society demanded that the vigorous and uplifting melody of the 1944 national anthem be retained, with only the lyrics changed. In the end, the lyrics co-written by several poets were selected through a series of selections, and the new national anthem of Kazakhstan was born.
However, shortly after the promulgation of the new national anthem, many Kazakhs began to complain that the lyrics of the new anthem were "difficult to remember". It was commemorated in Kazakhstan on 9 May 2000

National anthem of Tunisia: The Immortal War song
The Tunisian national anthem, "Defender of the Fatherland," was once an inspirational battle anthem. At that time, the soldiers of the Tunisian resistance movement sang this song, fought bloody battles in the dense coconut forests, the desert, the steep mountains, heroically against the French colonialists, and finally overthrew the French colonial authorities who ruled Tunisia for 75 years in 1956, and established an independent sovereign country.
"My ancestors gave me strong arms, guarding my motherland like a rock, and the high battle flag flying, arouses the pride in my chest!" In an interview with Xinhua News Agency reporter, Hafodi, an old soldier of the Tunisian resistance to the law, could not help singing this battle song carrying his glorious experience.
The lyrics of the Tunisian national anthem have been modified, but the opening part still retains the lyrics of the original war song, full of pride in the fight for the motherland:
We are the guardian of the motherland, for the glory of The Times, the boiling blood issued a strong roar, for the motherland, we are not afraid of sacrifice!

In the early years of the Olympic throwing competition held in Paris, France, Hungary won the championship, but played the American national anthem and raised the American Stars and Stripes, which was protested. Surprisingly, the organizers hurriedly played the Austrian national anthem as the Hungarian national anthem. Inviting popular singers to sing the national anthem before the game is a format that many organizers are happy to adopt, but it can sometimes be embarrassing.
In 2001, black singer Macy Grey, who won the Grammy Award for Best Female Pop vocal performance, was booed off the stage when she sang the US national anthem at the opening ceremony of the Football Hall of Fame exhibition game. Embarrassed, she later publicly apologized, saying she was "so nervous that I forgot the lyrics."

On the eve of the opening ceremony of the Allianz Arena in Munich, as the opening ceremony, the famous German singer Sara Korner was specially invited to lead the national anthem, and unexpectedly, she sang "prosperity in Glanze (Blueh)" instead of "boiling in Lichte (Brueh)", which made a big joke. In 2007, the German team went to the Czech Republic to participate in the game, when the German national anthem was played, the Czech famous pop singer Vondrakova was responsible for singing, but unfortunately, her singing also made a serious mistake, missing two sentences. On 27 May 2008, during a friendly football match between the Czech Republic and Lithuania in Prague, the Czech Football Association made a huge mistake by playing the Latvian national anthem. In addition, the poster for the match mistakenly printed the Latvian flag and the family photo of the Latvian national team. The following day, the Czech Football Association formally apologized to the Lithuanian Football Association and the Lithuanian embassy in the Czech Republic, saying that it had committed an "unforgivable" mistake. The spokesman for the Czech Football Federation and his assistant were sacked as a result.
In June 2009, when the United Arab Emirates and Germany played a friendly match at the Dubai Stadium, the Germans stood up, put their hands on their hearts, and waited for the solemn moment of the German national anthem. But there was only a slight noise from the loudspeakers, not the German national anthem. Soon, the host team marched forward and began shaking hands with the German team. The German players knew that there would be no time to play the national anthem. The German fans in the stands could not accept the game without the national anthem, and began to sing the German national anthem neatly.

Doris Leuthard
During a visit to Norway, the Norwegian military band mistakenly played the Swiss national anthem instead of the score. Of course, due to diplomatic protocol, Leuthard did not behave differently, but there must be internal waves. He began a state visit to Venezuela. When the Chinese national anthem was played at the airport welcome ceremony, there was a hilarious scene: the sacred Chinese national anthem was played in a "unique style". "The main responsibility for this' accident 'in the performance of the national anthem lies with the trumpeter." Zhao Chenchen, a music teacher, said, "The trumpeter is mainly responsible for the main melody part, and when he is confused, it is all messed up. "All the weak parts were half a beat slow, and mistakes such as multiple notes in the middle and slow rhythm caused a confusion in the coordination of various instruments."
Ma Baofeng, former counselor of the Protocol Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said that the national anthem is a display of national dignity in the form of music, which must be serious and not careless. In international exchanges, the performance of another country's national anthem is a sign of respect for a country, its people and its representatives, and is a political issue that must be taken seriously. Thankfully, at the event held the next day, people found that the Chinese national anthem played this time was finally the correct version.
